Gallery presents the two programs in conjunction with the current exhibition THE BIRDING LIFE. The
exhibition, a group show of art in all media, was inspired by the book The
Birding Life: A Passion for Birds at Home and Afield; Clarkson Potter Publishers;
the show presents recent works by various artists featured in the book in
addition to other invited artists who use bird imagery in their work. The first program, AUTHORS + ARTISTS takes place 3 – 5:00 pm, with artists and authors
affiliated with the exhibition and the gallery to join in an afternoon of casual
conversation with the public and one another about the books they wrote or
illustrated. The books will be available for sale and
signing.
